A ping-pong table has been placed in the warehouse and Jim plays during his lunches. Pam begins to think her boyfriend is a 12 year old boy playing ping pong and gets upset when Kelly begins trash talking her because her boyfriend Darryl is beating Jim. Pam sets up a ping pong table in the conference room so that Jim can get practice to beat Darryl.
Michael gets upset with all the questioning at the deposition and accidentally says “that’s what she said” at one point to the investigators. The infamous Sandals photo is presented and proves that Michael and Jan were involved before the date they had originally put forth by Michael.
Michael’s diary entries are put forth as evidence and prove that both Michael and Jan had thought that their fling was a one time thing, and not a relationship. The company’s attorneys requested a copy of the diary so that they could examine it for themselves. Michael gets upset that Jan gave her attorneys his diary.
By the end of the show Jan is upset and storms out of the deposition room and Kelly and Pam wind up playing a ping-pong game of their own. Before the show is over Michael tells David that despite his feelings about him he still thinks he is a good man.
